FAQ's

What is your shipping policy?

All shipments, whether domestic of international, are made via the US Postal Service. The cost of shipping is included in the price/cost of the shirt, *except any shipments that go over $10 USD. Any shipments costing over $10 USD, I will politely request the difference from you. :)

Shipments take 3-5 business days to arrive, if within the US. Internationally may vary. Either way, I will contact you to let you know when your package has been shipped.

How long does it take before I get my shirt?

You can expect your t-shirt in 2 weeks or less, after completing your order (or from the time I receive your shirt, if you go with that option).  It'll likely be less than 2 weeks; just given the nature of my process, I'd say 2 weeks at the very most, and most likely less.

Is the ink permanent? Will it come off in the wash? How long will it last?

All my T-shirts are 100% washing-machine ready, and will not bleed. I use high-quality permanent fabric pens, which I then double-seal with a hot iron for 3-5 minutes. Once that happens, the ink is guaranteed to go nowhere. The image on your T-shirt, assuming it's worn with normal/average frequency, should last for the life of your garment. Full disclosure: due to the chemistry of white ink, images that are drawn in white (typically on black or grey fabrics) tend to stay vibrant for less time than black ink. (However, if you feel your white-on-black (or grey) shirt has faded unreasonably quickly, feel free to let me know and I'll touch it up for you.)

What kinds of T-shirts are used? Are they pre-shrunk? Do they last a long time, or will they crap out after two washes?

I use Gildan, and Fruit of the Loom brand T-shirts, which are among the sturdiest on the market--without sacrificing any comfort. They're 100% cotton, and pre-shrunk, so they're ready to wear. (Also, please let me know if you have any fabric allergies, and I will do my best to accommodate you!) Find out more about Gildan and their business practices, here.  And whatever the case, feel free to write me on the "CONTACT" page for any further inquiries you may have about brands, fabrics, etc.

How do I place an order?

Click on "HOW IT WORKS" to be informed of the overall options that are available to you; then, once you've figured out your preferences, click "CONTACT" in any of the Menu bars to go to the page where you'll actually place your order.

Can I order more than one shirt at a time, or wholesale?

This is a classic 'mom-and-pop' operation -- except in this case it's just 'pop'! Therefore, I cannot fulfill orders in bulk/wholesale sizes. I can, however, take a maximum of 3 t-shirts per order, and just let you know to expect a longer-than-average delivery-time with each t-shirt beyond the quantity of one.

Are your pickles gluten free?

I don't make pickles.  But I'm pretty sure my t-shirts are gluten free.

Any other questions?

Go to the "CONTACT" tab, and send me any questions you have that you don't see here!
